Our counsel is independent, confidential, and grounded in nearly four decades of executive leadership exercised in the environments our clients operate in.
The quality of leadership shapes an organization’s success. Strategy, capital and technical capability all matter, but a small number of people making consequential decisions under pressure direct each of them, often with incomplete information and rarely with the benefit of an outside view.
Leadership at that level is demanding and, more often than is acknowledged, isolating. As an organization grows more complex, the number of people who can speak to its leaders candidly tends to contract rather than expand. Almost everyone in the room has an interest in the outcome, very few have an interest only in the quality of their thinking.

Tunji Idowu is an Executive advisor and leadership development strategist with nearly four decades of experience across multinational business, development, public-interest institutions and complex stakeholder environments.
His executive career includes senior leadership roles at Chevron and as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND), where he led major programs spanning economic development, peacebuilding, organizational development, and institutional partnership.
His governance experience spans more than a decade across ten institutions; he currently chairs the Advisory Board of Ikore International and the Board of Partners for Peace Network, and serves as a Trustee of PIND.
Sylvia Idowu - Senior Advisor, Business & Commercial Strategy
Sylvia Idowu is a business advisor, lawyer, entrepreneur and certified mediator with more than three decades of experience across business advisory, corporate and commercial law, banking, entrepreneurship and regulatory compliance.
Her experience spans corporate and commercial advisory, negotiation, stakeholder management and conflict resolution. At BAAMI Advisory, she brings practical commercial and legal insight to help leaders navigate complex decisions, manage risk and build stronger, more sustainable organizations.
